This position is a Assistant Vice President, Healthcare Technical Delivery leader for a consultative software engineer who possess demonstrable client facing leadership experience and skill, having worked for an extended interval as leading technical implementations of production-level software products.

In this position, the individual is responsible for managing technical design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of complicated software components for client implementations.  The individual is expected to use best practices, adhering with coding standards & conventions, under the direction of the CareRadius Platform Solution Owner.   Individuals within this position will lead technical delivery of client projects – developing scope and estimating development effort, with the expectation that they identify and define parameters and technical deliverable milestones for the project.

Responsibilities:

  • This position requires individuals who are able and willing to take responsibility for complicated projects with tight deadlines and high qualitative expectations, with a reasonable degree of creativity and latitude.
  • Serve as a CareRadius technical subject matter expert and consultant to client business leaders. Assess and prioritize CareRadius implementation to client business needs.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating proposals, writing RFPs and SOWs, and reviewing proposals with client.
  • Work with internal CareRadius teams to define and deliver the technology solutions for clients.
  •  Develop detailed technical designs as assigned, based on requirements and/or functional designs.
  • Manage delivery of software components, interfaces, classes, functions, webpages, etc., as necessary in order to faithfully implement designs, as assigned.
  • Complete assigned software projects on time and within budget.
  • Mentor junior staff members.
  • Break projects down into logical components that can be worked on by other staff.
  • Work with team leads and managers to facilitate progress and identify blockers to achieving milestones.
  • Adhere with all policies and procedures applicable to the position, department, division and larger organization.
  • Individuals within this position will work directly with our clients on software development projects of moderate/medium size and scope. Help debug complex client issues requiring development assistance.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application design, development, testing, deployment and production support
  • Experience with streamlining deployment process, implementing and supporting a product
  • Ability to obtain security clearance required. Current DOD Security Clearance preferred
  • Must hold United States citizenship status

Preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in .NET development
  • Proficient in JavaScript testing framework
  • Experience with healthcare-related web applications is a strong plus
