Business Architect
Business Architect - Collaborates with product and operations leaders and practitioners to guide the adoption of EA Practice Guidance, deliver business focused elements of the EA meta model including data capture. Operates in the context of the EXL TOGAF inspired EA Process. Aids in defining ArchiMate inspired Enterprise and Business Meta Models. Assists in the implementation of and teaches Product and Operations team to leverage the EXL Enterprise Architecture Repository including teaching and conducting impact and traceability analysis. Drives development and adoption of Business Architecture practices including aligning Business Analysis teams to deliver robust BPMN based Business process models and associated narratives. Responsibilities include: · Participation in the delivery of EA plan for the for enterprise, based on business strategy, requirements and IT strategies. · Participation in EA plan implementation, ongoing EA refinement activities, and the documentation of all EA design and analysis work. · Participation in creating, understanding, advocating, and supporting the enterprise's business and IT strategies. · Guiding and evolving EA functions, including the advancement of enterprise information systems, security, technical and solution architecture viewpoints with stakeholders, data & product owners, and agile development teams. · Participation in the advancement of Agile architecture and delivery capabilities within the enterprise. · Analyzing the current business and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement · Participation in the identification, capture and analysis of enterprise business drivers and capabilities. · Participation in Developing information, security, technical and solution architecture requirements. · Analyzing industry, technology and market trends to determine potential impacts on the enterprise · Participation in and facilitating the creation of governing principles to drive enterprise and solution decision making. · Participation in delivery and maintenance pf governance structures as well as enterprise compliance activities. · Consulting with program/project teams to align solution architecture approaches across business and technology capabilities · Participation in defining organizational requirements for the resources, structures and cultural changes necessary to support the EA Promoting the EA process, outcomes and results to the organization, including the enterprise's IT and business leaders; this includes assessing (through appropriate metrics) and communicating the achievement and impact of the EA, as well as leading the development and execution of an EA communication and education plan |
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from top tier colleges with good grades, preferably in a relevant field including Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent experience |
TOGAF is a plus |
