What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day will be engaging and impactful:

  • Generate, review, and track outgoing audit letters daily using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Monitor and respond to provider inquiries through calls, emails, and chat systems.
  • Assist providers in navigating EXL’s portal, verifying details, and addressing inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations.
  • Identify and escalate workflow or system issues to leadership as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support audit-related tasks and company-wide programs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience and Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Prior healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is essential.
  • Work Ethic: Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks independently or as part of a team.
