EXL is hiring a Senior Manager Analytics Delivery, Healthcare Payment Integrity to support our revenue optimization business. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind business metrics that boost our top-line and profitability. You’ll craft compelling descriptive reports and build powerful prescriptive analytics frameworks. Your insights will transform complex data into clear, actionable analysis reports that resonate with stakeholders.
As a people leader, you will provide training and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
Responsibilities
- Train & mentor junior staff, hold regular cadences with teams, develop attrition management strategy
- Overall supervision of various technology/business initiatives and deliverables tracking with special emphasis on
- Discussions with key stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and ensure everyone is fully briefed on key deliverables and a win plan for each opportunity
- Assembling a core team to translate business requirements into solutions using technology, data and infrastructure
- Review of technology roadmap with team members, stakeholders and collaborators to resolve open items within agreed timelines
- Monitoring and publishing key insights, milestones, unique and compelling enhancement value proposition and next steps to stakeholders and product owners
- Facilitate discussions proactively and build senior and strategic relationships through delivery excellence
- Hold master drafts of artifacts, proposals and presentations after performing final reviews to ensure accurate capture of information
- Assist with the development of templates related to best practices, improved systems and processes for measuring successes
- Close cooperation with the global teams regarding knowledge-sharing, technology and business metrices
- Work independently through prior subject matter expertise in techno-functional consulting and program management
- Responsible for extracting, building and maintaining useful KPIs and benchmarks related to technology enhancement while working with finance, MIS, technology reporting teams and internal platforms and databases
- Perform quantitative and qualitative business and data analysis
- Use digital tools (data, technology, cloud, NLP, etc.) to bring out enhancement on a continuous basis.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in analytics delivery and/ or solutioning
- 8+ years of experience in Solution Creation and Defining Roadmaps
- 5+ years as a people leader, support staff from hiring through career planning
- Demonstrated experience in handling ROI frameworks
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Knowledge of SAS, Python, SQL, MS Suite required. Azure, SaaS, product (functional and technical) design, digital frameworks
- Experience with Healthcare Payment Integrity highly desirable
- Understanding of US Healthcare value chain of Payers and Providers
- Ability to design data driven solutions and Frameworks (Descriptive and Predictive) from scratch & consult in a leadership capacity on potential Solutions/Storyboards and POCs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong understanding in business optimization framework and techniques
- Experience on project management tools
