Lead Assistant Manager - Product Research Analyst

EXL is looking for a Lead Assistant Manager - Product Research Analyst, this is a remote opportunity in the US.

As Product Research Analyst, the candidate will be responsible for gathering & analyzing data & market trends to help develop & assess new product solutions offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the payment integrity space.
• Analyze market dynamics, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and payer landscape
• Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' products, service offerings, pricing strategies, market share, and customer base.
• Support the Solution Management team in developing and refining product strategies, roadmaps & marketing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to gather requirements and contribute to solution enhancements.
• Help create client pitches, case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing collateral for solution presentation and demonstrations.
• Analyze the financial implications of proposed solutions & initiatives

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Marketing or a related field.

Work Experience:

• Prior experience in conducting in depth research on emerging technologies & industry trends
• Experience in creating sales pitches & client presentations
• Adept in preparing financial models & assessing financial implication of a project
• Excellent secondary research and data analysis skills

• Strong Presentation & Excel skills

• Have a proactive approach to their work and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership over assigned projects
