We are seeking an experienced and passionate analytics leader to join our growing practice. In this role, you will be responsible for account management, fostering client relationships and driving growth. You will explore opportunities with current and new buying centers and will collaborate with internal SMEs to create the right POVs / proposals to help drive growth. You will partner with key business stakeholders and technology leaders to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for account management, client relationships, and account growth
- Engage with CXO and VP/Director-level stakeholders from the client’s team, as well as internal remote teams, to define business problems and develop solutions
- Develop value-added relationships within the account domain and core account team
- Working closely with BU leaders in the account development planning process to maximize the growth potential
- Developing a deep understanding of EXL's capabilities in Data, Analytics, Digital Operations and Solutions, and work with the relevant SMEs to help drive growth
- Create awareness of EXL expertise and capabilities among the external community; participate in key industry forums, including presenting on topics relevant to senior management
- Monitoring customer, market & competitor activity to help shape GTM strategy
- Collaborate with EXL teams across clients to accelerate business development activities
- Key stakeholder for proposal creation and deal (RFP/RFI) pursuit
- Participate in the recruiting of other experts and training efforts
Qualification:
- Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research, or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
- 12+ years of experience in a field of delivering analytics consulting services to clients, and sales/commercial role in complex solution/consultative B2B selling environment
- Proven ability to lead global teams by effectively communicating client business problems to remote teams, leveraging their expertise for execution, and managing client presentations, project management, and expectation setting
- Experience as a hands-on contributor or in leading a team and developing multiple advanced analytics solutions
- Experience in analytics, strategy, project management, cost reduction, and business development
- The ability to communicate effectively with technical personnel as well as management/executives including verbal, formal presentation and written communication skills
- Excellent persuasion skills
- Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize in a deadline-driven atmosphere
Good to have:
- Deep expertise in at least one of the key functional areas (such as Marketing Analytics / Customer Analytics / Supply Chain Analytics / others)
