Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Azure Expertise: Leverage your up to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise Azure cloud-native applications.
  • Web Application Development: Use your hands-on experience to build robust and scalable web applications.
  • Databricks & Data Governance: Provide expert assistance to Databricks users, focusing on data quality, governance, security, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cost management.
  • Azure Services Management: Ensure seamless operation and integration of Azure SQL, ADLS, and Azure App Services within the overall infrastructure.
  • Production Support: Address daily production support needs for cloud-native applications, including user queries, technical problem resolution, and maintaining high availability.
  • Tech Stack Utilization: Apply your expertise in .NET Core, React, and APIM to support and enhance front-end applications.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Streamline deployment processes and DevOps practices, managing Azure services related to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
  • Business Process Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of business processes and workflows to provide context-aware support and solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance support efficiency.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ideate and deliver software solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring: Cross-train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Solution Delivery: Own all project deliverables, ensuring proper communication, quality, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Essential Skills

  • Healthcare Solutions Design: Enjoy designing and executing healthcare solutions with a multi-disciplinary approach.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work hands-on with clients to create timely solutions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments (SCRUM) and familiar with iterative development cycles.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of algorithms, design patterns, and fundamental computer science concepts.
  • Query Optimization: Responsible for tuning queries for performance, security, and stability of reports.
  • Deployment Knowledge: Understand the functional aspects of reports being developed and perform deployments.

Internal and External Interactions

  • Internal Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge with team members and internal teams, maintaining and increasing technical knowledge.
  • Client Interactions: Communicate with onshore stakeholders and clients to better understand expectations and streamline solutions, acting as a bridge between clients/business and technology teams when necessary.
