EXL is hiring a SAVP Digital Solution Center Products and Platforms |
Act as a bridge between Client, Business and Technology teams during the creation of new systems required for offering new products/services to stake holders. |
Initiate, analyze, specify and verify business requirements |
Responsible for understanding the business needs, requirement analysis, identifying business solutions and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options |
Apply knowledge of technology, application, methodologies, processes and tools to support client & product requirements |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
Client Implementation: |
Technology Point of Contact for the client implementation |

Monitor/resolve/escalate issues to the Senior Leadership Team or delays pertaining to the client Implementation |
Work closely with the offshore managers & team to provide a clear understanding of the Client requirements. |
Coordinate and Resolve any dependencies working with other teams such as Clinical, Analytics, and Product Management to ensure smooth delivery for this implementation |
Organize daily, weekly & monthly status calls with the clients and internal stakeholders |
Collaborate with offshore development teams and ensure compliance to all client requirements and provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation of all platforms. |
Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes |
