Salaried Management Trainee - Full-Time

Are you looking for an exciting career in the grocery industry? Buehler's Fresh Foods is seeking talented individuals to join our salaried Management Trainee program!

As a Management Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training in all aspects of our grocery store operations, including customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and employee relations. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable knowledge and skills that will prepare you for a management role within our company.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the daily operations of the store
• Learning and implementing company policies and procedures
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Supervising and training employees
• Assisting with inventory management and merchandising

At the completion of the program, you'll be placed in a management position within one of our stores. You'll have the opportunity to put your new skills to the test and make a significant impact on our business.

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to work flexible hours and some weekends

• 45 Hours a week
