General Store Maintenance - Part-Time

STORE MAINTENANCE:  Hourly Clerk responsible for the daily maintenance and housekeeping for the store.  This person's primary duties include maintaining parking lot, cleaning ice machines, cleaning flower coolers, emptying trash, small plumbing as needed, maintaining display features, shoveling snow as needed, general housekeeping cleaning, replace screws, bolts as needed, and keep bathroom stocked with soap and paper towels. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned.

1. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 20-30 hours a week, based on department needs. 

1. Personal Qualifications: Maintenance experience preferred but not required

1. Physical Demands: Walking, bending, stooping, carrying, loading, etc.; repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.
