Community Care is hiring a Information Systems Assistant. This is a full-time opportunity at our 3220 W Vliet St- Milwaukee, WI 53208 facility.
Information System Assistant Job Requirements : Under the supervision of the Information Systems Manager
- Provides the first line of support for the agency wide information systems
- Ensure that requests for support are dealt with promptly and appropriately
- Effectively troubleshoots technical issues related to IT systems and applications
- Installs and configures computer hardware, software, telephone systems and other associated peripherals
- Assists in the troubleshooting of network systems.
Information System Assistant Experience:
- Two years experience in an Information systems support role required, preferably in a healthcare-related field in a service or support capacity
- Technical troubleshooting ability and experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft environments, Active Directory, Desktop Support, Asset Management, shared printing and services, Backup and recovery, networking, and software preferred
Information System Assistant Education: High School diploma required. Associates Degree in Computer Networking preferred. Degree in another related field may substitute. Past job experience combined with years of experience in an IT Support environment may substitute for educational requirements.
Travel - Regular local travel, requiring use of personal vehicle,
valid driver's license, and proof of required insurance coverage.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM On Call Every 9 Weeks
