ATIS Elevator Inspections is seeking a Part-Time Field Inspector with profound elevator knowledge to contribute to our essential services. The chosen candidate will conduct thorough inspections of elevators and escalators within designated regions, ensuring timely completion of inspections and accurate reporting. This role also involves managing weekly schedules, assisting consultants with site inspections, and providing essential data for report development. Responsibilities:

Independently inspect elevators and escalators across designated regions.
Develop and manage weekly inspection schedules based on client and consultant requirements.
Assist consultants with site inspections for modernization surveys as necessary.
Provide detailed pictures and survey notes to the Project Manager for report finalization.
Requirements:

Comprehensive understanding of elevator installation, maintenance, and current elevator codes.
Previous experience in the elevator industry; QEI Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to thoroughly inspect equipment.
Capability to work at heights, including on top of high-rise buildings and elevator shafts.
Working knowledge of the full Microsoft suite.
