SUMMARY

 

Responsible for office operations as well as customer intake and event coordination.

  • Full-time, benefits-eligible
  • Onsite at our office in 7901 N. Armenia Ave, Tampa, FL 33604 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

•    Greeting new customers, both walk-ins and inbound calls 

•    Information Intake of all walk-ins and sales calls 

•    Distribution of leads to licensed agents 

•    Redirecting customer care needs based on description of need to original writing agent or alternate agent with availability, whether in-store or virtual 

•    Community outreach 

•    Remote event coordination with local rev share agents 

•    Assist customers with activities allowed by non-licensed individuals. (portal and payment setup for premium and insurance cards.) 

•    Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

•    Performs other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma

Bachelors Degree preferred

Bilingual (Spanish/English) required

One (1) or more years of experience in the medical, insurance, immigration, legal, and/or office management.

Two (2) or more years of experience with event management.
