Alliant Insurance is hiring a Team Lead for our Compliance team at Senior Market Sales!

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

•    Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite at 8420 W Dodge Rd in Omaha, 2 days remote 

•    Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM

 

SUMMARY 

Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and managing the Compliance Quality Auditors and Compliance Associates. Responsible for the oversight and management of the Call Center Compliance operations including providing support, practical management and guidance to ensure the Company's operations are conducted in compliance with ethical business practices. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

•    Provides oversight of the Compliance Quality auditing daily operations; establishes and maintains the procedure/desk manual; provides direction and leadership by developing, implementing, and improving processes, procedures, and activities to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality and overall profitability; works with internal SMS Call Center Team, carriers, and downline call centers to resolve delivery/system/quality issues for a positive outcome. 

•    Supervises the Compliance Quality Auditors, which includes: hiring/terminating, disciplinary actions, assigning/reviewing work, planning/appraising job results, performing annual performance reviews, compensation recommendations, new hire training and orientation and providing policy and operational leadership. 

•    Works collaboratively with fellow senior staff to advance the values and mission of Senior Market Sales by participating in and attending management and administration meetings; providing policy and operational leadership. 

•    Assists with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management. Supports Compliance Quality Auditor workload when necessary. 

•    Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates. 

•    Performs other duties as assigned. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE  

High School Diploma or GED 

Bachelor's Degree 

Three (3) or more years Insurance operations experience  

Three (3) or more years Supervisory experience 

 

  

SKILLS 

Ability to convey instructions, ideas and information effectively. 

Skill in the use of time management. 

Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. 

Knowledge of insurance service industry.  

Strong analytical skills. 

Ability to organize and prioritize workload. 

Knowledge of supervisory techniques to accomplish instruction, motivation, and training.
