Account Executive - Health & Productivity
SUMMARY
Responsible for implementation and ongoing management of client wellness programs. Duties include vendor management, drafting communications, providing general project management, reporting on key metrics and day-to-day client support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports the implementation of Health & Productivity vendor/carrier management programs;
• Executes on client annual Health & Productivity communication campaign calendars and project plans;
• Direct liaison with the design and web development staff to ensure successful execution on a client's communication strategies and drafts client communication materials as needed;
• Develops templates that can be used by client service teams for turnkey client Health & Productivity program solutions;
• Assists in the creation, tracking and reporting of client Health & Productivity program metrics plus administration of surveys and analysis of utilization trends on an on-going basis;
• Facilitates client Health & Productivity committee meetings plus plans and coordinates clients on-site Health & Productivity events / programs;
• Supports clients in applying for recognition goals by drafting application answers (e.g., NCQA, WELCOA and American Heart Association etc);
• Day-to-day contact to clients on Health & Productivity services and offerings to identify, understand and resolve client issues;
• Collection of fees, reconciliation and resolution of any outstanding balances within 60 days of invoicing date;
• Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree equivalent combination of education and experience
Three (3) or more years with Health & Productivity program administration
Two (2) or more years experience in project management and/or consulting focused work
SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Internal or external client support including formal presentations and client level issue resolution
Strong planning, organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to function as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Strong networking abilities with other departments and vendors
Approach projects with creativity and attention to detail
Proven analytic skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
