Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and project management. This role requires expertise in Apex, Salesforce Flows, and Mulesoft, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Integration Expertise: Lead the integration of Salesforce with various systems using Mulesoft, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Development: Lead Apex coding builds, troubleshooting, standards, Salesforce Flows, and integration strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Establish testing protocols and ensure the quality and reliability of all deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, integration workflows, and project specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a focus on integrations and project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Salesforce Flows, and Mulesoft; experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Architect or relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator).
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
