Account Associate I - Employee Benefits
SUMMARY
Responsible for providing customer service and clerical support to assist the service team in supporting existing accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creates prospect and customer files on shared drive;
• Assists with preparing group communication pieces in Campaign Builder and other programs;
• Coordinates Form 5500 completion process with clients;
• Organizes client health vendor programs and wellness fairs;
• Updates BenefitPoint, BrainShark, BenIQ and other proprietary databases;
• Coordinates or assists with organizing WebEx meetings for Account Executives;
• Attends client Open Enrollment meetings to learn and develop presentation skills;
• Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Related work experience preferred
SKILLS
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
Good problem solving and time management skills
Intermediate typing skills (30 - 35 wpm)
Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines
