Senior Client Success Specialist - Property Mangement
SUMMARY
The Client Success Specialist is responsible for providing timely solutions within designated guidelines to resolve client and tenant inquiries regarding program operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Familiarizes new clients with program details.
• Reviews third party policies.
• Assists in resolving client and resident issues.
• Answers client and resident questions regarding the program.
• Provides client and resident facing customer service.
• Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
• Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
One (1) or more years relevant experience
SKILLS
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
