SUMMARY
 
Responsible to select, recruit, source, and network to effectively hire the best talent possible. Maintain applicant tracking system information, apply recruitment strategy goals, adhere to affirmative action program and uphold good faith efforts.  

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
•     Reviews job requisitions received from hiring Managers and ensures appropriate approval is received before beginning recruitment activities;

•     Acts as liaison with HR Coordinators and Managers for job postings, background checks, candidate communication, testing, and interview requests;

•     Ensures timely follow up and accuracy of final work product / job ads;

•     Uses search strategy to source and identify a diverse slate of candidates for open requisitions;

•     Maintains applicant tracking data in the system throughout the job track process;

•     Makes recommendations to hiring Managers and Executives, supporting and advising to help leadership follow procedures;

•     Maintains virtual recruitment folder for each candidate in the interview process;

•     Acts as liaison between hiring Manager, candidate, and HRIS team to schedule interviews, provide feedback, negotiate offers, and set up for hire;

•     Conducts initial telephone screen or in person interviews as required;

•     Expands recruitment territory and applies daily sourcing strategy through the use of online networking sites, diversity advertising, search licenses, and college relations;

•     Applies lean process / continuous improvement principals to streamline processes;

•     Other duties as assigned.

 
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Two (2) or more years related work experience 

 
SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork 

Good problem solving and time management skills

Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills

Good presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products
