Palletizer Operator

PALLETIZER OPERATOR - 5PM-5AM (3-2-2 rotating schedule)

Starting Pay: $27/hour + Shift Differential

Job Responsibilities:

· Daily operation of automated palletizing equipment

· Develop, program and troubleshoot new and existing pallet patterns

· Schedule maintenance, system repairs, upgrades and PM’s

· Train team members in the operation of the palletizers

· Support software and hardware improvements

· Problem solve equipment

· Order materials and establish stock levels

· Perform other warehouse responsibilities as assigned

· Communicate with other team members

· Make appropriate adjustments and repairs to equipment when necessary

· Sanitize equipment

· Perform Lock-Out-Tag-Out when necessary and work safely at all times

Skills Needed:

· Experience operating automated palletizing equipment

· Should have a strong working knowledge of electrical or mechanical fields (industrial mechanical preferred) and be willing to take and pass appropriate classes

· Should have a strong working knowledge of PLCs and be willing to take and pass appropriate classes

· Must be able to obtain a forklift license

· Should be able to understand blueprints and drawings or be willing to take and pass appropriate classes

· Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Must be able to make decisions
