Quality Assurance Intern

Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented student who has a desire to gain knowledge in Quality Assurance for an internship. The chosen candidate would perform duties in QA, such as resolving non-conformant product issues by running a DMAIC project and supporting QE roles and responsibilities.

You will also participate in a structured internship program designed to promote professional growth through open discussion informational panels, learning about various departments that make up Flexco, and develop other useful skills to apply in the workplace.

Flexco Internships typically start out at $18 an hour.

Job Requirements:

• Fulltime, onsite availability (5 days, 40 hours/week)
• Must be currently attending college or enrolled for Fall 2025 
• Pursuing a degree related to Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and wear proper PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of computer experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Experience with hand tools such as calipers and micrometers is a plus

• Experience or expertise with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) is a plus

• Experience or expertise with Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a plus

• Experience or expertise with root cause analysis or lean six sigma tools are a plus

Details:

1. Role is located in the plant, which is noisy and dirty. The attire required for production operators is required, including PPE with safety shoes.
2. May be eligible for up to four hours/day of holiday pay.
