Maintenance Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our DO&CO Family in Detroit.   

Our Maintenance Technician keeps the event catering equipment operational and repairs any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. Performs a wide range of repair tasks around the facility as instructed by maintenance manager and apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problem.

A day as a Maintenance Technician     

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairing of kitchen equipment including but not limited to convection ovens, friers, ranges, flat top grills, mixers,   

• Maintain safe workplace  

• Perform final operational test on all equipment to quality-check all repair  

• Other duties as assigned.
