Trade Show Coordinator
As an Event Marketing Coordinator at Klein Tools, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, executing and promoting of trade shows and annual sales meeting under the direction of the Senior Event Marketing Manager. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure each event enhances our brand and drives engagement. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop event concepts, coordinate logistics, and ensure successful delivery. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills are essential, as well as creativity and attention to detail.
• Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows and annual sales meeting to ensure event success.
• Assist in the coordination of logistics and internal order submissions and processing to ensure timely delivery.
• Complete orders for booth furnishings with show management.
• Complete submissions of company listing for online and printed trade show materials, including product image submissions for product previews and product showcases.
• Complete and manage group registration for select trade shows; reserve and manage group hotel room blocks.
• Complete and manage group registration for association meetings, including booth purchase, attendee registration, hotel booking and one-on-one meeting selections.
• Manage all requests from Sales for tents, pop-up displays and pull-up banners as well as giveaway items used for promotion.
• Manage inventory of trade show collateral and submit purchase orders for inventory replenishment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Creative and Customer Relations to ensure all requests move seamlessly through the Marketing workflow and processes.
• Create and maintain the annual event calendar.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations, Product Management, and other departments to deliver results.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g. Monday.com, PageProof)
Physical Demand Requirements
