ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR - PACT-Y

Wayside's Milford site is seeking a flexible, creative, and mission-driven Assistant Program Director to be part of an innovative, evidenced based model of treatment in Massachusetts, the Program for Assertive Community Treatment for Youth (PACT-Y) where they will work alongside the Program Director to oversee all aspects of the program. PACT-Y is a DMH funded, intensive, self-contained community-based program serving youth, young adults, and their families. The Assistant Program Director will need to have extensive experience working with youth and young adults with serious mental health issues. The PACT-Y Assistant Program Director will provide clinical supervision of members of a strong multi-disciplinary team to meet the specifications of this newly contracted service model. The Assistant Program Director will also have a small caseload of direct care. The PACT-Y Assistant Program Director is committed to ensuring the program provides superior therapeutic care that is individualized, flexible, and culturally responsive to referred families.
Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00/year + sign on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and half paid after 90 days of employment; pro-rated for part-time).
What You Will Do:
- The Assistant Program Director supports the PACT-Y Program Director with overseeing all the daily functions of PACT-Y, including:
o utilization of the program including maintaining census, collection of data, data reporting, and support with billing;
o ensure compliance with mission, quality, and risk;
o maintain a collaborative and responsive relationship with DMH for the contract;
o support hiring, training, and evaluation of all new program employees; supervise specific staff in the program;
o be on-call as part of a rotating schedule;
o provide clinical services to a small caseload of youth and families.
- The Assistant Program Director reports to the PACT-Y Program Director and will be part of the larger management team at the site where they will help foster a supportive and inclusive culture for all site staff.

Minimum Requirements:
- The Assistant Program Director position requires a candidate to hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field and must hold an independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Qualified candidates will have experience in program management and providing clinical supervision.
- Driving in the community is a requirement of this position; please ensure you have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
