Role and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all manufacturing equipment as required - in accordance with current procedures & SOP.
• Dismantle, clean, and sanitize all production and compounding equipment, fillers, transfer lines, pumps, mills, etc., and reassemble in accordance with the provided procedures.
• Clean & sanitize mixing and holding tanks in accordance with all procedures/SOPs. This task requires following all rules and procedures for confined space entry.
• Complete all documentation accurately in accordance with all procedures. Follow proper sampling plan for Chemistry and Micro lab.
• Complete validations on filling/compounding equipment when required.
• Maintain/Prepare cleaning/sanitizing solutions - as required.
• Retrieve bulk release stickers from the lab and pump over finished good bulks to holding tanks.
• Safely drive a tow motor, as required.
• Assist Line Mechanics when 12 hr filler cleaning/sanitation is required.
• Work in the wash bays and complete all documentation required accurately and on time.
• Ensure all equipment has correct identification and status label(s).
• Comply with plant Safety Standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and all other plant policies.
• Always maintain a clean and safe work area, mopping and sweeping work areas. Removing excess parts and garbage. Keeping the area neat and organized
