Facility Maintenance
Essential duties and responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
· Maintain equipment in a safe operating condition.
· Maintain the building structure as well as its utilities.
· Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on mixers, motors, gearboxes, pumps, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers and chillers.
· Perform equipment modifications for safety, ease of operation, and efficiency.
· To perform electrical installations.
· Repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.
· Communicate information with other team members and supervisors daily.
· Repair equipment breakdowns using diagnosis and troubleshooting techniques with the aid of equipment manuals and blueprints.
· Initiate changes and modifications to equipment for safety, ease of operation, and efficiency.
· Keep inventory of spare parts and inform the supervisor when they need to be re-ordered.
· Comply with the company safety rules, and standard operating procedures and follow GMP guidelines.
· Other responsibilities as assigned by the Department Manager.

Requirements include:
· Ability to work independently with good knowledge of process equipment, including tanks, mixers, pumps, motor controls, electrical systems, boilers, air compressors, heating and cooling systems, and pneumatic systems.
· Flexibility to work special schedules as required satisfying job requirements
· Good attendance record.
· Demonstrated teamwork.
· Good English communication skills
