Full Time Massage Therapist

The Massage Therapist for the Oregon Veterans’ Home will manage a massage therapist case load, improve the Veterans health and comfort by massaging the sore, tense, and injured areas of their bodies. The massage Therapist will communicate with Veterans to pinpoint which areas are in need of attention, determine the source of discomfort and choose the best massage techniques to apply to the situation and work with RCM to formulate a written care plan.  Review and revise plans as necessary, in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.  Apply assessments, techniques, and treatment protocols that are within the scope of practice of massage therapy.

• Hold a current Oregon LMT license/certification from an accredited school
• Must carry liability insurance
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred
• Ability to design specific sessions based on an individual's needs
• Accuracy with chart/note completion using company software
