POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Divisional Director, Account Executives reports to the Sr. Vice President, National Accounts

The Divisional Director, Account Executives is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the sales activities and performance. With extensive experience in sales management, this position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and leading a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Account Executives team within the assigned division, setting clear objectives and priorities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to penetrate new markets, acquire new clients, and maximize sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, serving as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead strategic account planning efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of client strategies with overall business objectives and delivery capabilities.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance of the Account Executives team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Set and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards sales objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute divisional sales strategies, aligning sales objectives with company goals and market trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and sales performance metrics.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure alignment and support for divisional sales initiatives.
COMPETENCIES:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth within a specific division or business unit.
- Strong customer orientation with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional customer value.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in sales management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate vision, strategy, and goals to internal and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
- 12 – 15 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
- Deep industry knowledge and a strong network of contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
