Are you a driven leader with a passion for construction? Join our team as a Construction Project Manager and oversee exciting projects from start to finish! Work closely with the VP of Construction, manage budgets, coordinate teams, and ensure top-quality results. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love problem-solving, we want you!

🔹 What You’ll Do:

1. Represent the owner's interests throughout the project, ensuring that all aspects of the project are carried out to the highest standards.
2. Develop, manage, and update the project budget, ensuring that all costs are accurately tracked and controlled.
3. Oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and design through to final completion and handover.
4. Manage contracts and relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
5. Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
6. Regularly report on project progress, issues, and risks to the owner and other stakeholders.
7. Identify and manage potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
8. Ensure that all project documentation is accurately maintained and updated.
9. Supervise teams and ensure deadlines are met.

🔹 What You Need:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager and experience in project planning, project management and team leadership.
• Professional certifications in project management or construction management would be an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage potential risks and issues.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & construction software.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus!
