Job Title: Janitorial Day Porter
Location: Roanoke, Virginia
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $13.00 per hour

Job Description:
The Budd Group is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Day Porter to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe, neat, and professional environment for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors

• Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners

• Cleaning and restocking restrooms

• Wiping down surfaces and sanitizing high-touch areas

• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards

• Performing light maintenance and minor repairs as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred

• Must be able to work independently and take initiative

• Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
