Implementation Manager

Reports to: Director of The Center of Excellence 
Location: Preferably Charlotte, NC or Greenville, SC  

Summary:

As an Implementation Manager, you'll be the architect of seamless transitions, ensuring new client success and driving operational excellence. You'll orchestrate everything from logistics and training to recruitment and process optimization, making a tangible impact on our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Develops implementation plans, manages logistics, recruits, and onboards.
• Training: Conducts orientations, implements training programs, and ensures quality standards.
• Audit: Audits new accounts for efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Project Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, managing logistics, resources, and timelines.
• Build High-Performing Teams: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Optimize Operations: Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
• Ensure Client Success: Conduct audits and provide ongoing support to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, training, or HR.
• Preferably existing experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Maintenance!
• Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and HCM systems.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
• A passion for driving results and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
