Your Role in Sales & Business Development:
- Proactively engage in business development by prospecting and identifying potential clients through strategic cold calling, extensive networking, and innovative lead generation strategies, driving sales opportunities.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique business development goals and service needs to facilitate impactful sales.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our facility services offerings, emphasizing our value proposition and how we support their business development and sales efforts.
- Master the art of negotiation and close deals efficiently, consistently surpassing sales targets and contributing to overall business development success.
- Manage a streamlined sales cycle with precision, ensuring a seamless customer experience and enhancing our business development reputation.
- Leverage CRM software to meticulously track sales progress, manage your sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records for effective business development analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team, fostering a supportive environment and aligning sales strategies with operational capabilities for optimal business development.
- When not engaging in field sales and business development activities, work from our Winston Salem office to strengthen internal relationships and immerse yourself in our company's sales-focused culture.
What You Bring to Our Sales & Business Development Team:
- 2+ years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B transactional sales and business development within a short sales cycle.
- A relentless hunter mentality, coupled with exceptional cold calling and prospecting skills, essential for driving sales and business development.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, crucial for effective sales and business development presentations.
- A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and unwavering GRIT to overcome obstacles in the pursuit of sales and business development goals.
- Proven ability to close deals, with an insatiable drive to achieve and exceed sales results, contributing to business development expansion.
- A proactive, self-starting approach, enabling you to work independently and manage your time effectively in a dynamic sales and business development environment.
