Hours Available: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM 

Locations Available: Mt. Pleasant, Downtown and West Ashley 

Pay: $18.00/hr

Summary:

Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of a facility.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and train janitorial staff.
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to standards.
• Fill in for Team Members when they are out.
  • At that point, duties include all janitorial general cleaning of assigned sections
• Inspect rooms to make sure they are cleaned per the scope
• Make sure all keys are accounted for an turned in
• Ensure interior and exterior doors are shut
• Arm the building at the end of the shift

Qualifications:

• Must have 1 year of Supervisor experience including team lead 
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety regulations.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and TB test
