HOURLY - Landscape Supervisor

We're seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as a Landscape Supervisor!  If you love working outdoors, managing a crew, and have a talent for turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary landscapes, this is the job for you!

The Details

• Schedule: 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday - Thursday, Friday maybe necessary 
• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Pay: $20 to $23 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Garden Creation: Plant, water and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Lawn Care: Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns to keep them looking lush.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicle.
• Seasonal Maintenance: Perform seasonal tasks like leaf removal and snow clearing...that means no seasonal layoffs!
• Team Player: Cooperative and communicative with colleagues and employees.

Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Able to handle the demands of outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
• Screening: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Dependable and Punctual: Must have reliable transportation.
• Driving: Must possess valid NC driver’s license.
• Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
