Janitorial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager to lead a team of 25-30 employees at a prestigious client site in Winston Salem. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of janitorial professionals
• Schedule work, conduct site evaluations, and manage inventory
• Control budgets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety compliance
• Build strong relationships with clients and foster a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in janitorial services management
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in computer and industry software platforms
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
