**Job Title: Janitorial Floor Tech**

**Location:** Greensboro, NC

**Hours:** 5:30pm - 9:00pm (Part-time)

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitorial Floor Tech to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, with a focus on floor care and maintenance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing

- Carpet care
- Operate floor cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
- Inspect floors for damage and report any maintenance issues
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste

- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in janitorial or floor care services preferred
- Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work evening hours from 5:30pm to 9:00pm
