The Budd Group is now hiring a part-time experienced Floor Tech for a Class A office building:

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Days:  Monday - Friday
Hours:  5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Location:  Nashville, TN  (Donelson Pike area, free parking)

Job Description: Will be responsible for maintaining floors of a Class A office building. Duties will include, but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, dust mopping, top scrubbing, buffing, hot-water extract.  Stripping, waxing (annually). Will be required at times to fill in and help with other janitorial cleaning duties in addition to floor tech duties.  All duties will be assigned by the Supervisor per the scope of work.

Restrictions: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Position requires bending, stooping, crouching, and climbing stairs when required. Position will require operating equipment.

Requirements: 1-year prior experience.  Must be able to pass a background check, and in-house oral mouth swab drug test.
