Job Title: Janitorial Facilities Maintenance

Location: Mt. Pleasant, SC (Off 526 and Highway 17)

Pay: $18.00/hr

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Description: Will be responsible for cleaning an educational campus.  Duties include, but not limited to: sweeping floors, mopping floors, vacuuming floors, pulling trash, wiping down desks, sanitizing high touch areas, cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Must have a basic knowledge of hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and screwdrivers. May require light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, door knobs, etc. Duties could also include: cleaning glass and mirrors, wiping down walls, and any other duty as assigned by the Account Manager

Restrictions: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Will also be bending to clean desks, stooping, crouching to pick up trash, and pulling in order to mop.

Requirements: Must be able to pass a TB test, background check, and in-house oral mouth swab drug test.
