Job Opening: Experienced Floor Technician for Medical Sites

Location: Triad Area Greensboro, Burlington, High Point, Thomasville, Archdale, Asheboro

Hours and Days: Monday-Friday, 5pm-10pm. Possible weekend work available.

Our company is seeking an experienced Floor Technician to join our team with a specific focus on medical sites in the Triad Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards through floor care tasks in medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform floor maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, sanitizing floors, carpet cleaning.
- Ensure that floors are properly cleaned and maintained according to industry standards and health regulations.
- Work efficiently and effectively within medical settings while adhering to strict cleanliness protocols.
- Communicate with managers and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role, with a focus on medical sites preferred.
- Ability to work the specified hours: Monday-Friday, 5pm-10pm. Availability for possible weekend work.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various medical sites in the Triad Area.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
