Title: 3rd Shift Floor Technicians
Pay Rate: $17.00 to $20.00/hr (Pay depends on experience level)
Hours and Days: Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Locations: Downtown Charleston (Parking free after 6 PM)
Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Will be required to do repetitive lifting throughout the shift including moving and lifting equipment.
Position Responsibilities: Include any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned the by Supervisor.

• Knowledge of operating a propane buffer, super stripper, low speed, electric buffer carpet extractor, and automatic scrubber a PLUS but not required.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Operates various types of equipment and machinery, which include wet vacuums, hand trucks, vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, floor buffers, automatic scrubbers, etc.
• Sweeping floors, top scrubbing and buffing of floors\

KAIVAC experience a HUGE PLUS! Must be comfortable running different machines to clean the campus. Candidates with NO prior Floor Care experience will not be considered. This is not an entry level position.
