Position Responsibilities:

• Develop financial projections and strategies in collaboration with internal staff and executive management.
• Drive business development activities to achieve goals, including public relations, recruiting, and client development.
• Manage all financial aspects of market operations, ensuring budget goals are met and financial reports are analyzed.
• Foster major account development, oversee branch expenses, and ensure staff development and cooperation.
• Collaborate with other locations, divisions, and corporate office for seamless operations.
• Maintain a high level of name awareness through proactive public relations activities.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff, promoting adherence to established systems and processes.
• Oversee the appearance and organization of offices, vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
• Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain inventory records.
• Proactively address customer complaints and operational challenges, keeping VP of Landscape informed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-year college degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in the landscape maintenance field.
• 6+ years of full-time business experience with 2 years of business management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of growth and increased job responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, business-to-business service industry, and sales/service delivery.
• Valid driver's license is required.
