What You'll Do:

• Building Strong Relationships: Cultivating lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing their concerns.
• Driving Operational Efficiency: Overseeing all aspects of service delivery, including scheduling, work standards, inventory management, and budget control.
• Leading and Developing Teams: Mentoring, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve peak performance. You'll champion their growth and development, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Ensuring Quality and Compliance: Conducting site evaluations and audits, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and environmental procedures.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven Leadership: 2-5 years of experience leading and managing teams in a service-oriented industry.
• Operational Excellence: A strong understanding of janitorial operations, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and implement strategies to optimize performance.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license.

Physical Demands:
