Are you a motivated sales professional eager to make a difference? We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and promote our top-tier custodial and maintenance services to commercial clients.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client acquisition by targeting large commercial customers such as office buildings, industrial sites, data centers, and educational facilities.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, scheduling impactful face-to-face presentations with decision-makers.
  • Leverage consultative selling to uncover client needs, develop tailored value propositions, and create detailed proposals.
  • Use Salesforce to manage your sales activities and schedules.
  • Represent our company at trade shows, corporate events, and networking functions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven success in B2B sales with a history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas for 5+ years.
  • Exceptional prospecting, marketing, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset with effective collaboration skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Bachelor's degree
