What does a Field Sales Manager do at Swire Coca Cola?
Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca Cola brands within field level accounts. Promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards.
Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full Time.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve volume targets for channel of business
- Achieve performance profit targets
- Train and develop account management team
- Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Experience with sales/retail
- 4+ years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry
- 2+ years experience in a leadership role
- 2+ years merchandising or product delivery experience required or successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program) required
- Experience working with vendors
- Experience in merchandizing or product delivery and with expiration dates
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Power BI
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
