A day in the life of an Area Service Manager (ASM):
Life as an ASM is dynamic and exciting. Your job is to manage warranty requests, leading the quality improvement process for your assigned communities. You will be the on-site leader, responsible for conducting quality walk and warranty inspections, ensuring the completion of all warrantable related work including emergency requests, managing vendor payments and other tasks as required. Most of your day will consist of ensuring trade partners fulfil the timely completion of all scheduled tasks in a manner that is aligned with our quality standards.

The ideal ASM candidate is highly organized, possesses a positive attitude, is detail-oriented and can remain cool under pressure. Being able to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with homebuyers, trade partners and internal groups is imperative to the success of this role.

- Experienced in residential construction or property maintenance
- Excited to collaborate in a team environment
- Exudes active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn various technologies utilized on the job
