Fleet Dispatcher - Full Time

Join Our Team as a Dispatcher at SCA!

Location: 10 Kresge Road, Fairless Hills, PA 19030
Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM + Every Other Saturday, 6:00 AM – Noon

Pay Range: Starting at $25.00/hour *based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Optimize Routes: Plan efficient driver routes, balancing cost-effectiveness with customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate Service Delivery: Monitor daily work orders to ensure resources are deployed efficiently and customer needs are met.
• Safety First: Ensure all drivers are compliant with DOT regulations, maintaining the highest safety standards.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot driver concerns and handle any logistical challenges that arise throughout the day.
• Team Communication: Provide timely and accurate dispatch instructions, helping drivers stay on track and resolve any issues.
• Administrative Support: Review completed services and maintain accurate records to assist with billing and ensure service accuracy.
• Weather Monitoring: Stay proactive by keeping an eye on weather conditions to prevent disruptions for drivers.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in dispatch, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities to handle fast-paced tasks efficiently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of using routing and scheduling software.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Business or related fields is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
