Kitchen Steward 1

A Steward is responsible for the consistent and thorough maintenance of sanitation in the food & beverage areas. Individuals in this position must possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow directions.

Essential: 

1. Valid CA Drivers License

2. Valid CA Food Handlers Card 

3. Experience working without direct supervision.

4. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

5. Basic understanding chemical usage.

6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

7. Positive, friendly demeanor.

8. Function well as part of a team.

Desirable:

1. Previous experience in a kitchen or sanitation related position.

2. Previous experience with guest or customer relations.

3. Intermediate or advanced understanding of chemical usage.

The pay for this position is $23.15/hour.
