Salary: $74,000 - $82,200 per year.

 

Location: Remote - Central/East Time Zones are highly preferred.

 

Employment Logistics: 

 

The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation to drive lead generation, engagement, and employee/partner recruitment. This position requires a strong blend of marketing/no-code systems experience, marketing campaign experience, and creative thinking. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to streamline processes, improve campaign performance, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

Your Mission in Motion:

 

  • Ensure customer success by selling the OnTrac solution to existing customers and gaining commitment for additional volume.
  • Support customer’s day to day operations.
  • Support Director of Account Management accounts through reporting, administrative and sales-related tasks to achieve maximum territory effectiveness.  
  • Manage daily account activities and deliverables in support of customer expectations and contractual requirements. 
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed. 
  • Employ business development best practices developed through collaboration with peers and other internal teams. 
  • Responsible for business review preparation, presentation, and follow-through. 
  • Perform any other task or assignment deemed necessary for the organization.

 

 

Paving your way to your success: 

 

 

  • Marketing Automation and Campaign Management:  

 

  • Build, manage, and optimize workflows and automations using Salesforce, Zapier, and other tools to streamline lead nurturing and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement lead scoring, routing, and reporting within Salesforce.
  • Set up, monitor, and analyze multi-channel campaigns across email/SMS, social, website, ad platforms and web forms (leveraging tools like Twilio, FormStack, Typeform, Zapier, AirTable, etc..

 

  • Tech Stack Management: 

 

  • Manage the marketing systems stack, ensuring tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads/Tag Manager, WordPress, and AirTable are integrated and functioning effectively.
  • Manage and optimize reporting dashboards in Power BI/Lookr/Tableau for real-time performance insights.
  • Ensure data cleanliness and accuracy across systems by maintaining strong workflows and integrations.

 

  • No-Code Automation Leadership:  

 

  • Leverage no-code/low-code tools like Zapier and AirTable to create seamless connections between marketing, sales, and operational platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.

 

  • Analytics and Reporting:

 

  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI/Lookr, DemandBase, and Salesforce reporting to guide decision-making.
  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend data-driven optimizations.

 

  • Project and Stakeholder Management:

 

  • Use Asana or Microsoft Planner to manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.

 

  • Content Enablement:

 

  • Support the content creation by integrating tools and workflows that enhance publishing on the website and other platforms.
  • Ensure the seamless delivery of targeted, personalized messaging to key customer segments.

 

  • Data Management:

 

  • Own the flow of lead and performance data across all channels.
  • Continuously improve the accuracy and speed of lead and performance data by using tools such as SimilarWeb, DemandBase, Clay, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, etc. to help the Outbound Marketing team improve lead enrichment, attribution, and qualification.

 

 

 

  • Technical Skills: 

 

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Advanced experience with no-code automation platforms like Zapier, AirTable, and FormStack.
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI.
  • Experience managing campaign tools like Twilio (SMS), Typeform, and Asana.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress for content management.

 

 

  • Soft Skills:  

 

  • Exceptional project management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

 

 

The Must-Haves:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in marketing automation, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, B2B environment.
  • Occasional Travel as needed <10%
  • Track record of increasing efficiency and performance through process automation. OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy and to conduct their activities accordingly.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
