OnTrac is hiring a Regional Director!

 

The Regional Director of Operations is accountable for the overall operations and staff for their assigned market. This position is responsible for financial performance as well as developing and managing quality outcomes for OnTrac and its customers, vendors and employees.

Responsibilities:

Daily Operation

  • Full Budget and Cost Center Responsibility.  
  • Responsible for overseeing Operations within assigned Regions.
  • Responsible for establishing metrics, action plans, managing organizational structure and employee engagement.
  • Responsible for safety and welfare of all employees.
  • Responsible for reviewing and analyzing activities, costs, and operations in order to optimize costs, increase revenues and improve profitability.
  • Ability to work closely and directly with customers and represent OnTrac in a professional manner to build, establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Mentor, coach and support direct reports on a daily basis.

Strategic Direction

  • Aligns productivity and revenue goals with the overall organizational plan
  • Create the structure and processes necessary to manage the region’s current activities and its projected growth. 
  • Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and revise processes and plans to meet the objectives

Leadership

  • Promotes a positive and engaging culture by fostering team work, empowering others, treating people with respect and dignity
  • Mentors, coaches and trains direct reports and other operations staff
  • Manages performance of General Managers
  • Demonstrates flexibility and can lead and implement change
  • Has personal credibility and self-management to maintain control in difficult situations
  • Communicates well with all levels of the organization both verbal and written.
  • Builds collaborative relationships
  • Has the ability prioritize and is organized.
  • Has the ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying the customer and the desire to exceed the customers needs.
  • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

This position requires:

  • Ability to analyze data
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • The ability to communicate and interface with many corporate and employee levels.
  • The ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft office

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.  Must be physically able to travel as required. 
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role,
  • Experience supporting multiple facilities, both Hub and Branch. 

 

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.  The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.  The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch.  The employee will travel to other locations on a frequent basis.
