OnTrac is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (SR. HRBP)

The Talent Experience team at OnTrac provides regional-based support to field operations (Branches/Hubs). Our focus is on equipping managers and employees with tools they need to be successful; we focus on programs relating to Performance Management, Talent Planning/Succession, Engagement & Retention, Labor Planning, and Organizational Development. As an HRBP, you will proactively partner with business leaders on a regular basis on performance management, org development, onboarding, labor planning, and engagement and retention. In addition to partnering with leaders across the business, you will work closely with Talent Management and HR Operations to ensure cohesion and adoption of process updates and programs to ensure the most positive possible employee experience.

Responsibilities:

· Meet with client groups (General Managers) on a regular cadence to provide information, discuss business updates, and partner and propose creative solutions related to employee experience and organizational health.

· Coach leaders on how to manage change and deploy effective change management strategies.

· Support the Performance Review Process and train managers on how to manage team performance in alignment with our competencies and values.

· Drives onboarding plan development for the General Manager population and partner with Talent Acquisition and IT to ensure all onboarding is complete in time for start date.

· Drives performance management through research of best practices, coaching leadership on effective corrective action architecture/delivery.

· Educate and support the process of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

· Work with Employee Resource Center and Internal/External counsel to navigate complex employee relations issues.

· Drives the development of engagement and retention programs.

· Analyze data (both business and HR metrics) related to the assigned client group and provide insights and recommendations to optimize the employee experience/business operations.

· Communicate and help employees and managers interpret and apply human resources policies, procedures and programs, as needed.

· Conduct effective site visits to gauge pulse and the overall employee experience at the facility level.

· Aligns with facility General Managers on effective labor planning strategies to ensure we are planning for optimal operational efficiency.

· Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

· Other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· At least five (5) years’ experience successfully operating in a strategic HR Business Partnering role (and a strong command in areas of performance management, talent management/development, data analytics/action planning, and employee relations).

· Demonstrated experience supporting an employee headcount of 1,000-1,500 employees in a multi-state environment and proven ability to deploy initiatives at scale.

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business or related field (preferred)

· HR Certification preferred (SHRM or HRCI)

· Strong project management skills

· Ability to use independent judgment, problem-solve, be creative and answer questions

· Strong coaching, conflict resolution, relationship and team building skills and demonstrated ability to influence without authority

· Proven ability to partner with individuals effectively and respectfully at varying levels within an organization.

· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align HR programs with business goals, drive long-term HR planning, and contribute to the development of organizational strategy.

· Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment

· Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Excellent computer skills including Office 365 and previous experience using human capital management software

· Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time (both inter-state and out-of-state travel)

· Willingness and ability to travel and respond quickly onsite (both inter-state/out-of-state) to concerns related to the employee experience.
